Accuweather is predicicting that this September 2014; the Polar Vortex is returning to the Northeast. The polar vortex might be returning; but, maybe it didn't ever leave? Either way there could be more artic like weather, and maybe much snow. This can be a start of a polar shift, and a mini iceage that can last for about thirty years. The scientists predict that there will be no ice in the Artic by 2030.
